We require a minimum 48 hours notice of appointment cancellations, failing which charges will apply.
We are a small, local business and missed appointments have a big impact on the experience and products we can offer. We realise that things crop up and plans change. We ask that when they do, you give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the appointment to another customer.

Missed appointments and appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 100% of the appointment booked. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled 24 - 48 hours prior to the booked appointment time will be charged at 50% of the appointment booked. We will do our best to refill the cancelled or rescheduled appointment space. If we are able to fill the appointment within the time given for the cancellation, your Peaches account will be credited with the cancellation fee charged.

A booking fee and card details are required when using our online booking system. For bookings made by phone or in person a booking fee will be required, prior to your first appointment with us, or if you have missed/not turned up for a previous appointment without giving us the required 48 hours' notice. The booking fee charged will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.
