    Cancellation policy

    We require a minimum 24 hours notice of appointment cancellations. We are a small, local business and missed appointments have a big impact on the experience and products we can offer. We realise that things crop up and plans change. We ask that when they do, you give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the appointment to another customer.

    Missed appointments will be charged at 100% of the appointment booked. Cancelations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the appointment booked. If we are able to fill the appointment within the time given for the cancelation, your Peaches account will be credited with the cancelation fee charged.
